Hickok as its new vice president of marketing and engagement, luring her away from her role as senior marketing manager for Uniland Development Co. She will work with new president and CEO Dottie Gallagher-Cohen to achieve the organization's mission.Gallagher-Cohen said Hickok will work to communicate the extent of the Partnership's work, which the CEO acknowledged is not well-understood by most people."It's about helping me bridge the gap in the community between what the Partnership's brand is and the work we actually do," Gallagher-Cohen said. "The product is better than the brand here. The work that we do is just better than what people know."As a result, despite its achievements, the group has suffered some image problems, with some questioning what it really does."The Partnership has a very strong reputation and we certainly enjoy a lot of support from our members. But I think there are very few people that understand the depth of all that we are involved in," she said. "And we have not done a very good job of communicating that."Hickok's new job is a return of sorts to one of the first stops in her career. But changes in the regional economy, business community and demographics have made membership in local groups less relevant for many businesses.Smaller chambers, in particular, are re-evaluating their missions and functions, now that healthcare reform laws are taking away a key part of their business: selling group health insurance to sole-proprietors and small businesses that can't get it or afford it on their own. In the past, they joined chambers so they could purchase coverage through the group.But with the advent of the state's health insurance exchange, that revenue source -- as much as half the budget for some organizations -- is going away."We are all undergoing changes in our business model, because of healthcare reform," Gallagher-Cohen said. "So for many of us, we're sort of figuring out how we do business in the new economy."That could include more collaborations, and possibly eventually mergers, though Gallagher-Cohen said nothing like that is being discussed right now. Trooper Chris Cookson would not identify the driver because of his age.One of the passengers, Cheyanne Andrews, was taken to Eastern Maine Medical Center in Bangor with injuries not considered to be life threatening, Cookson said.The trooper said the Jeep was traveling at a high rate of speed in the southbound lane on Route 15 and lost control shortly after making the right turn onto West Corinth Road.The driver was wearing his seatbelt, but the passengers were not. They included a 17-year-old boy, 18-year-old Nicholas Ferro and Andrews, who was the only one brought to the 迷你倉最平ospital. Cookson said the driver had a restricted license, meaning he could not carry passengers who were not family members.The accident draped power lines across the road and knocked out electricity to more than 1,700 Bangor Hydro customers in the area, the company said earlier Friday. 　　一連串的大動作，mini storage讓四川長虹（600839.SH）盤踞許久的股價終於以連續漲停證明：想象正在發生。　　近日，長虹公開宣佈面向互聯網時代的全新戰略規劃和產業布局，並表示明年將全面停止非智能電視的生產和銷售。“讓想象發生，對我是挑戰。”在衣著上開始改變走休閒時尚路子的長虹董事長趙勇如是說。　　“新戰略的發佈，讓市場對四川長虹未來的預期明顯改變。差異化的優勢助力四川長虹讓想象發生，同時資本市場對四川長虹的想象也在正發生。”家電分析專家劉步塵分析說，長虹過去積累的問題比較多，需要持續改革和變化，才能重塑新形象。“新三坐標”戰略　　智能終端、互聯網、雲計算、大數據，這些時下的“熱詞”在一個家電企業的眼裡是什麼關係？　　長虹董事長趙勇用一張圖向我們揭示了答案。即長虹的“新三坐標”戰略框架，也即“智能化、網絡化、協同化”，這將是長虹的發力方向：未來長虹將通過智能化終端，與網絡化的雲服務平台和大數據商業模式開發，有效的整合家電、手機和信息等各類消費電子業務。　　趙勇曾在2005年初提出了長虹“三坐標”戰略，沿著產業價值鏈方向，向核心技術和關鍵部品戰略延伸；沿著產業形態方向，相繼進入IT、通訊、信息家電、互聯網等領域，同時進入冰箱領域；沿著商業模式方向，從傳統離散型交易模式向連續型交易模式轉變。回頭來看，事實上“三坐標”使長虹形成擁抱互聯網的“智能基因”。　　如今，家電與互聯網的跨界整合，讓趙勇為長虹“三坐標”設計了新的延展方向：未來長虹將提升現有終端智能化個性應用，並在終端智能的基礎上構建“傳感器接口”。同時，長虹強化網絡對終端產品的價值能力和雲平台的建設，特別是要通過構建數據分析能力，挖掘數據的價值並探索基於大數據的全新商業模式。　　據瞭解，未來長虹智能家庭完善各個終端的協同，形成系統解決方案，發展智慧家庭、智慧社區和智慧城市業務，實現產業邊界的拓展。　　在長虹新三坐標戰略體系中，超越傳統家電產業的產業鏈、垂直一體化等製造思維，跨越了黑色家電、白色家電、手機、IT等產業的傳統界限，完全是一次以人為中心“一雲多終端”的互聯網思維。根據新三坐標戰略，長虹方面透露，“計劃把其他品牌納入到家庭互聯網系統，這是一個開放平台。”　　“這也是我之前一直擔心的，長虹做家電互聯網必須是一個開放的心態和開放的平台，才能夠將蛋糕做大，推動整個產業的變局。”劉步塵表示。“軟”“硬”伴生　　“我們這個行業很熱鬧，我們都在談論很多我們過去並不熟悉的一些技術、一些詞匯——互聯網、雲計算、大數據。小米，從來沒有做過電視，推出一款電視，所有人的臉都沖著他們，屁股對我們，似乎未來屬於他們了。”趙勇如是評述小米等互聯網企業進入家電行業。　　今年9月5日，小米電視隨米3手機一同發佈，47英寸智能電視僅賣2999元，引起行業震動。小米科技CEO雷軍向外界表示，小米做智能電視的動力來源於把電視屏變成手機屏的想法。在小米雷軍的理念中，智能手機將會是整個世界的中心。手機與電視之間，手機是電視的遙控器，電視是手機的顯示器。換句話也可以這樣理解，智能迷你倉視是手機的延伸，智能電視是手機的附庸。　　持有如此思路的還有阿里巴巴。阿里的模式是將其研發的智能TV系統作為智能電視平台上的網絡支付解決方案，向電視行業的各方免費提供，並發起成立“智能TV生態聯盟”，但這一方案並未能得到�多家電企業的認同和接受。　　為了擺脫成為“附庸”的威脅，四川長虹先後投入近百億研發家電互聯網，並宣佈不再扮演一家傳統家電製造商的角色。公司總經理劉體斌指出，長虹不甘于被市場認為是一個傳統的尾大不掉的家電行業，小米、樂視等互聯網企業進入傳統家電行業勢必會給行業帶來衝擊，互聯網企業帶來了新的思維，新的盈利模式，更注重用戶體驗，線上銷售渠道也比線下銷售費用低廉，這些都是顛覆性的。長虹歡迎互聯網企業進入，也會與互聯網企業進行廣泛合作。　　就此，證券分析師也嗅著了“興奮點”，家庭互聯網產品形態打開了家庭擁抱互聯網產生的商業價值大門。有分析師認為，首先，產品顛覆了傳統的家電產品，三者以人為中心，憑借觸控、語音、遠程控制等功能實現互聯互通。其次，長虹走了一條完全異于互聯網企業表里賣硬件內裡賣內容以及其他家電廠商聯姻互聯網企業的路子，且能衍生出多種可預見的商業模式。　　但劉步塵認為，目前國內提出停產非智能電視產品生產的有海信和長虹，與海信相比，長虹未來戰略比較清晰，但缺乏明星產品支撐市場。為此，長虹國內首台曲面電視、智能健康空調、智能冰箱、智能灶具等新品也將陸續面世。大數據展新戰略宏圖　　近期，IBM公司、四川省綿陽市政府、長虹集團、文思海輝共同成立了“綿陽IBM大數據分析競爭力中心”。該中心將以大數據分析和科學管理推動長虹集團智能戰略實施和自身轉型發展，從而有效實踐數字家庭、智慧社區，幫助綿陽智慧城市的戰略落地。　　“長虹將借助IBM大數據分析能力和文思海輝軟件服務能力，在布局家庭互聯網的基礎上，拓展智慧社區和智慧城市的相關項目解決方案建設，實現從終端製造商向‘終端+數據應用經營’服務商的轉型。”長虹新聞發言人劉海中表示。　　按照長虹的規劃，其大數據戰略分三個階段，第一階段依托長虹智能產品終端上大量的傳感器收集、支撐足夠的數據;第二階段與專業的第三方合作經營數據接口，實現數據價值;第三階段經營大數據網絡，對龐大的數據資源進行數據分析挖掘，以及數據價值的呈現。　　“作為傳統電視機生產巨頭，在數字機頂盒、IPTV機頂盒、OTT機頂盒、互聯網電視、一體機等硬件環節均有很強的競爭能力，但運營商一般不會把大數據交給電視機廠家的。”有分析師認為，好比三星手機做的再牛，移動、電信、聯通這樣的運營商也不會把運營數據和客戶信息交給三星做大數據分析，因此，長虹在這方面還需要更大的整合力度。　　對此，劉步塵分析說，大數據服務方面，全球都沒有找到成熟的操作模式和盈利模式，長虹還需要進一步探索。　　“隨著今後智能電視用戶規模被不斷激活和增長，僅以用戶收視數據，長虹就可以推出最喜愛電視節目的排行榜，”劉體斌總經理賦詩一首，表述了長虹的想象力，“弄潮家電流行色，引領互聯時尚周。待到晴來煙霏盡，任君‘想象發生’遒。”文件倉
